NOTICE TO CREDITORS

FILED, a Petition for Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative of the Estate of UNA CHUH CHINN, also known as UNA C. CHINN, deceased, praying for issuance of Letters Testamentary to Petitioner, ERIC K. H. CHINN, whose address is c/o Paul A. C. Higa, Esq., 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2800, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
JAN 5 2023, at 9:00 a.m. before the presiding Judge in Probate at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claim with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated May 28, 1986, as amended and restated, and known as the UNA C. CHINN REVOCABLE TRUST, are hereby notified that ERIC K. H. CHINN is the Sole Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Paul A. C. Higa, Esq., 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2800, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
