You are hereby notified that the ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF CAPITOL PLACE (“Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-22-0000157 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 1200 Queen Emma Street, Unit 3001, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815, Tax Map Key No. TMK (1) 2-1-009-011, CPR 0280, in which you may claim an interest under that certain undated Quitclaim Deed and filed in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the State of Hawaii as Document No. T-8591293, affecting TCT No. 1063440, and recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawaii as Document No. A-49391110, and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon PORTER McGUIRE KIAKONA, LLP, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
