Notice is hereby given that GLENN YUKIO SAWADA, also known as GLENN Y. SAWADA and GLENN SAWADA, ("Decedent"), died on August 4, 2022.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate ("Estate"), and/or the GLENN Y. SAWADA LIVING TRUST dated March 5, 2014, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that GAIL L. KANESHIRO, whose address is c/o Okura & Associates, 1314 S. King Street, Ste 760, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 is Successor Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f)(1), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above named Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
