Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the Herbert Aina Kamakeeaina Revocable Living Trust Dated September 13, 2000, as amended and restated, made by Herbert Aina Kamakeeaina, aka Herbert Aina Kamakeeaina, Sr. ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Herbert Aina Kamakeeaina Jr., Audrene Kiha Kamakeeaina, and Jaelyn Kamakeeaina, are the current and acting Successor Trustees of the Trust, whose address is c/o Devens, Nakano, Saito, Lee, Wong & Ching, 220 South King Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the decedent and the Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustees at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
