On November 22, 2021, a Petition for Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative was filed by Glenda Ida Lopez Hart, the named personal representative in the Last Will and Testament of Frank Weldon Hart. Notice is hereby given to all unknown persons and to all known persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in said estate. If any interested person has any objection to the Petition or other claim or interest in the Estate, such person should file their objection, or claim against the Estate, and provide a copy to Glenda Ida Lopez Hart, c/o Colin K. Kurata, Esq., 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2685, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, or appear at the hearing on February 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Judge presiding in probate, at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, such person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
