IN THE MATTER OF THOMAS JAMES MARTIN JR., aka Thomas J. Martin, Jr., aka Thomas J. Martin, aka Thomas Martin, DECEASED,
FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above decedent who died on October 11, 2020, domiciled in Ocean View, HI and was Thomas J. Martin, Trustee of the Thomas J. Martin Self-Trusteed Trust Agreement, that certain unrecorded Trust dated February 9, 1999; together with a Petition for (1) Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative, (2) Instructions and Determination of Title, and (3) Authority to Sell Real Property, showing property within jurisdiction of this court and praying for probate thereof and issuance of Letters Testamentary to JACOB L. MARTIN, whose address is c/o Bodey Law LLLC, Post Office Box 4056, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96745, and for instructions and authority to sell the property.
Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. before the presiding Judge of the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, at Hale Kaulike, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, HI 96720-4212, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons. If any interested person wishes to object or respond to the petition, that person shall file such objection or response with the above court; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the petition, that person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named trust and estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
