NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All creditors of the Estate of TODD WILLIAM DIXON, Deceased, or the TODD W. DIXON REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated June 13, 2003, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to THOMAS WILLIAM DIXON, JR., Successor Trustee of the Trust, c/o Law Offices of Curtis B.
