Notice is hereby given that PAUL BRIAN PESTANA (“Decedent”) died on July 19, 2021. All persons having a claim against Decedent, or the Estate of PAUL BRIAN PESTANA (“Estate”), are hereby notified that Lisa Pestana, whose address is c/o Matson Kelley, Esq., Kelley & Wilkins, LLC, 24 N. Church St. #312, Wailuku, HI 96793, is serving as Personal Representative of the Estate. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent or the Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Lisa Pestana, as Personal Representative of the Estate, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
