YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Judge Wendy M. DeWeese, Keahuolu Courthouse, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i 96740, on Wednesday, the 17th day of November, 2021, at 8:00 a.m., of said day, or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ attorneys, Bickerton Law Group LLLP, 745 Fort Street, Suite 801, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the First Amended Complaint.
