NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors of OGI HAWAII LTD. (the "Corporation"), that the Corporation intends to terminate and dissolve effective upon filing of Articles of Dissolution with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Pursuant to HRS§ 414-387 all creditors of the Corporation should present their claims addressed in care of Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert, Attn: Christine A. Kubota, 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Claims should identify the claimant, the amount claimed, and contain sufficient information to inform the Corporation of the substance of the claim. All claims not presented in accordance with this Notice will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the later of the last publication date of this Notice or the date of filing of the Articles of Dissolution.
