GEORGE R. GARCIA

85, of Pearl City, Hawaii, passed away on August 12 at home. Born in Honokaa, Hawaii, he was a retired photo engraver of the Hawaii Newspaper Agency. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church and a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by sons, Patrick Garcia, Michael (Lisa) Garcia, daughters, Cheryl (Jay) Sylva, Charlene Saunders, brother, Rev. Albert Garcia, brother-in-law John F. (Andrea) Adrian Jr., 7 grandchildren, and 2 great- grandchildren. Private services.
