Estate and Trust of ALEXANDER GASTON, deceased

ALEXANDER GASTON died on August 19, 2021. This Notice is made by LEE JOHN COLLINS, SR., and JAMES JOSEPH DUNN, JR. successor Co-Trustees of the ALEXANDER GASTON REVOCABLE TRUST dated August 4, 2009 as amended and restated, and as beneficiaries of that certain Trust dated October 24, 1968 by ALEXANDER GASTON, as Grantor, as amended, whose address is c/o Thomas A. Rulon, 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2302, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
All creditors of the above-named decedent, his estate and/or his above identified Trusts are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustees at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
