NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE is hereby given that SADAKO OKIMOTO has died on May 14, 2021. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, all creditors of SADAKO OKIMOTO, her estate, and/or The Sadako Okimoto Revocable Trust Agreement dated July 1988, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Thomas Tetsuo Okimoto and Hideko Nagatoshi, Successor Co-Trustees of said Trust and nominated as Personal Co-Representatives, whose address is c/o Blake T. Okimoto, Esq., 1580 Makaloa Street, Suite 1020, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, (808) 943-8899, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
