NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All creditors of MILDRED E. NAHINA, also known as Mildred Emiko Nahina, Deceased, and/or the unrecorded Mildred E. Nahina Survivor’s Trust, a component trust arising upon the death of Joseph K. Nahina from the assets of the Joseph K. and Mildred E. Nahina Revocable Trust, dated July 23, 1997, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Douglas M. Nahina, as Successor Trustee of the above-named Trust, c/o Gary Y. Shigemura, Esq., 745 Fort Street, Suite 700, Hon., HI 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
