Contract No. 19122088 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Kamehameha Highway Access Improvements of onsite work consisting of constructing entrance into Koa Ridge from Kamehameha Highway including associated utilities, retaining wall and slope grading/stabilization, and other work appurtenant thereto, Located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Keys: (1) 9-4-006: 048, 049, 050, 055, 056, and 058 has been completed.
