SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF WOODLAWN TERRACE – MELEMANU WOODLANDS, by its Board of Directors ("Plaintiff"), filed a Complaint in Civil No. 1CCV-20-0001547 (JHC) to foreclose Plaintiff’s lien on the real property located at 95-009 Waikalani Drive, Apt. A406, Mililani, Hawaii 96789 being Tax Map Key No. (1) 9-5-012-018, CPR No. 0036, for sums due and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable JEANNETTE H. CASTAGNETTI, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Law Offices of Mark K. McKellar, LLLC, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 7400, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
