TO CREDITORS OF THE TRUST AND ESTATE OF
PHILLIP BUCK OLSEN, ALSO KNOWN AS
PHILLIP B. OLSEN, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that PHILLIP BUCK OLSEN died on March 18, 2021 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
All persons having a claim against the above-named estate or the trustees of the PHILLIP BUCK OLSEN TRUST dated April 18, 1995, are hereby notified that TREVOR WARD and TIRSA SMITH, principals of Estate Administration Services, LLC, whose address is c/o Douglas C. Smith, Esq., Damon Key Leong Kupchak Hastert, 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, are serving as trustees of the above-named trust.
Pursuant to § 560:3-801 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes (“Haw. Rev. Stat.”), all creditors of the above-named estate or trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustees of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Any interested person who desires further notice must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to § 560:3-204 of the Haw. Rev. Stat.
