ELSIE HATSUE FONG, FORMALLY KNOWN AS ELSIE HATSUE SHIMABUKU, DECEASED, ESTATE OF ELSIE HATSUE FONG and ELSIE HATSUE SHIMABUKU TRUST
All persons having a claim against the above-named estate or the Elsie Hatsue Fong, fka Elsie Hatsue Shimabuku Revocable Living Trust Agreement established by her under a trust agreement dated October 15, 2010 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Ronald P. Tongg, Esq. whose address is 169 South Kukui Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is serving as attorney for the Successor Trustee.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Ronald P. Tongg, Esq., attorney for the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
