Glenn M. Masunaga, Deceased,
Estate of Glenn M. Masunaga
and Glenn M. Masunaga Trust

Notice is hereby given that Glenn M. Masunaga, also known as Glenn Masuo Masunaga (“Decedent”), passed away on November 20, 2019.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Glenn M. Masunaga, also known as Glenn Masuo Masunaga (“Estate”), or the Glenn M. Masunaga Trust dated April 17, 1986, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Scott S. Masunaga, whose address is c/o Joy M. Miyasaki, Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, #2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as Successor Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Scott S. Masunaga, as Successor Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
