All persons having a claim against the above-named Estate or the Betty Fumie Kakemoto Revocable Trust Agreement dated September 26, 1990 as amended, are hereby notified that Wallace K. Kakemoto whose address is c/o The Law Office of Stephen W.H.A. Lee, LLLC, 98-820 Moanalua Road, Ste. 151, PMB 223, Aiea, HI 96701, is the Successor Trustee of the above-named Trust.
All creditors of Decedent, the above-named Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
