Notice is hereby given that Warfield Estill Munce, aka Warfield Estill Munce, Jr. (“Decedent”) passed away on December 13, 2019. All persons having a claim against Decedent or the Warfield Estill Munce Revocable Living Trust dated September 4, 1992 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Louis Tory, Jr. (“Trustee”), whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816, is serving as Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
