Estate of Ernest K. Tottori
and Ernest Kazuyuki Tottori Amended 1975 Trust

Notice is hereby given that Ernest K. Tottori, also known as Ernest Kazuyuki Tottori ("Decedent"), passed away on October 3, 2019.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Ernest K. Tottori, also known as Ernest Kazuyuki Tottori ("Estate"), or the Ernest Kazuyuki Tottori Amended 1975 Trust, under a Trust Agreement dated October 2, 1975, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Ann K. Kinoshita, whose address is c/o Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, #2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as Successor Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Ann K. Kinoshita, as Successor Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
