FILED, a Petition praying for approval of accountings, discharge of the guardian of the property, CSI, Inc., whose address is c/o Tamashiro Sogi, ALC, 705 S. King St., Ste. 108, Honolulu, HI 96813, and other relief in the above-identified proceeding pertaining to Florence C. Nagata, who passed away on June 13, 2019 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
April 23, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., before Judge R. Mark Browning, in his courtroom at 777 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, HI 96813, is the appointed time and place of hearing said Petition and all interested persons. All heirs, devisees, beneficiaries, and family members of Florence C. Nagata, and any other person or entity who has or may have an interest in the above-identified proceeding or Estate of Florence C. Nagata, are required to make their identity and contact information known to said guardian of the property and to said presiding Judge by the date and time set for hearing.
All creditors of the above-named decedent, Florence C. Nagata, are notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said guardian of the property at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
