ESTATE OF HAROLD H. MANAGO AKA HAROLD HARUTO MANAGO, Deceased, and the HAROLD H. MANAGO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated December 19, 1985.
Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent, who died on July 6, 2013, together with an Application by MERWYN HARUYOSHI MANAGO and DWIGHT KATSUSHI MANAGO, whose address is care of MacDonald Rudy O’Neill & Yamauchi, a Limited Liability Law Partnership, LLP, attention Robert M. Yamauchi, Esq., at 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2350, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said MERWYN HARUYOSHI MANAGO and DWIGHT KATSUSHI MANAGO.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated December 19, 1985, and known as the Harold H. Manago Revocable Living Trust dated December 19, 1985, are hereby notified that MERWYN HARUYOSHI MANAGO and DWIGHT KATSUSHI MANAGO are the Successor Trustees of the Trust, whose address is care of MacDonald Rudy O’Neill & Yamauchi, a Limited Liability Law Partnership, LLP, attention Robert M. Yamauchi, at 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2350, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
