NOTICE TO CREDITORS

GERTRUDE Y. CHOCK, aka GERTRUDE YIM CHOCK and GERTRUDE LAI SAI CHOCK, deceased.

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801 and §560:3-803, all creditors of the above-named decedent, and of the decedent’s estate, including the trust known as the "Gertrude Y. Chock Trust" dated September 9, 1992, as amended (the "Trust"), are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Cynthia E. Johnson, Trustee of the Trust, whose address and telephone number are c/o P. O. Box 793, Kaneohe, HI 96744; (808) 235-7990, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
