All persons having a claim against the estate of BRIAN ISOO KITAGAWA, also known as Brian I. Kitagawa, Deceased, or the Brian I. Kitagawa Revocable Trust u/a 8/29/97, as amended, are hereby notified that NAN IRIS KITAGAWA, P. O. Box 6269, Kamuela, Hawaii 96743, is the Trustee of the Trust and the nominated Personal Representative of the Estate of BRIAN ISOO KITAGAWA.
Pursuant to H. R. S. §560:3-801, all creditors of the estate of the above-named decedent and/or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims and proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Trustees within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
