The sale shall be conducted at: STATE CAPITOL, ROTUNDA AREA ON THE STEPS LEADING DOWN TO THE QUEEN LILIUOKALANI STATUE, 415 SOUTH BERETANIA STREET, HONOLULU, HAWAII 96801, ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2020 AT 12:00 NOON.
