RANDY PARKER Randall (Randy) Alen Parker passed away peacefully on August 12 in Hilo. He was a Big Island guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and recording artist. A celebration of his life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, at the Kailua Racquet Club at 629 Oneawa St., Kailua, Oahu. Casual attire.
