CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “QUEEN’S PHYSICIANS OFFICE BUILDING 1 PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE REPAIRS” project [HDCC Job No. 11736], located at 1380 Lusitana Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 2-1-035:010) in accordance with its contract with The Queen’s Development Corporation, Owner.
