YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom of the Honorable James S. Kawashima, Judge of the First Circuit Court, 1111 Alakea Street, Courtroom 5 B, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 on Tuesday, the 18th day of June 2019, at 9:00 a.m., to file answers or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ attorney, Jan M. Weinberg, 735 Bishop Street, Suite 336, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the First Amended Complaint and the Complaint identified above.
