MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2, c/o Leu Okuda & Doi, Attorneys at Law, 222 Merchant St., Honolulu, HI 96813, praying for issuance of informal Letters to MARSHALL D. CHINEN.
There are no requests for homestead and family allowances or exempt property.
If any interested person has objections to the informal application, he may file a petition for formal proceedings within forty ( 40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; if any person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
