YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF MAKAHA VALLEY PLANTATION, by its Board of Directors (“Plaintiff”), has filed a Complaint in Civil No. 18-1-1837-11 (JHC), wherein Plaintiff prays for a judgment against you in the amount of $39,763.04, as of November 14, 2018, and foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien on the real property located at 84-688 Ala Mahiku Street, Apt. 166A, Waianae, Hawaii 96792, being Tax Map Key No. (1) 8-4-002-049, CPR No. 0484, and affecting Transfer Certificate of Title No. 792,060.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable JEANNETTE H. CASTAGNETTI, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on APR 02 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon the Law Offices of Mark K. McKellar, LLLC, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 7-400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
