You are hereby notified that an action to Involuntarily Terminate your Parental Rights to John Robbins, born on December 31, 2017, said child being born in DuBois, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. The hearing will be held in Courtroom No. 2 of the Clearfield County Courthouse, Clearfield, Pennsylvania on January 14, 2019 at 1:30 p.m., at which you, as an interested party, have the right to attend, be heard and participate in accordance with the law.
Your parental rights as to the above-referenced child may be terminated as a result of the hearing.
