Winston Hale, a downtown 93 (ninety-three) unit residential apartment /commercial complex will be accepting Sealed Bids for partial renovations for 12 vacant units. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., December 27, 2018 (Thursday). The walk through will be held on December 20, 2018 (Thursday) at 9:00 am. Bid specifications can be picked up from the office of Hawaiian Properties. Ltd., the current managing agent, located at 1165 Bethel Street, 2nd floor, Honolulu, HI, between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday- Friday from December 21, 2018 – December 26, 2018.
