Kulana Nani Apartments, a Kaneohe residential apartment complex will be accepting bids for a new security company. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., December 21, 2019 (Friday). The walk through will be held on December 7, 2018 (Friday) at 9:00 am. Bid specifications can be emailed or picked up from the office of Hawaiian Properties. Ltd., the current managing agent, located at 1165 Bethel Street, 2nd floor, Honolulu, HI, between December 17, 2018 to December 20, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
