NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “HARBOR ACCESS ROAD INTERSECTION AND HARBOR ACCESS ROAD PHASE 2” project [HDCC Job No. 21705], located at West End of Kapolei Parkway and Adjacent to Kapolei Commons, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707 (Tax Map Key: 9-1-15:026) in accordance with its contract with Aina Nui Corporation, Owner.
