SEPTEMBER 28, 2018, at 8:00 a.m., before the presiding Judge in Probate at the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit at Hale Kaulike, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawai`i 96720-4212 is the appointed date, time and place for continued hearing said petition and all interested persons.
Pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, any party wishing to object or respond to petition shall file such objection with the Court or serve it on all interested persons within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice.
