JANE AIKO MAEDA, also known as Jane A. Maeda,
formerly known as Jane Aiko Terry and Jane A. Terry, deceased, and the JANE A. MAEDA Trust
dated March 28, 1995, as amended.
The above-named decedent died on July 16, 2018. All creditors of the above-named decedent and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to LEAH Y. NISHINO, Successor Trustee of the JANE A. MAEDA Trust dated March 28, 1995, as amended, c/o Est8Planning Counsel LLLC, 201 Merchant St., Ste. 1800, Honolulu, HI 96813, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
