You are hereby notified that MINSYR INVESTMENT VENTURE GROUP (“Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint against you in the action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-25-0002083 (JHA) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, regarding the real property located at 1188 Bishop Street, #2412, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, Tax Map Key No. (1) 2-1-010-046, CPR 0231, affecting Transfer Certificate of Title No. 28,768, the object of the suit being to retake the property and terminate the lease in which you may claim an interest under that certain Assignment of Apartment Lease dated October 7, 2024 and recorded in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii as Document No. T-12702040, and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on December 22, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon PORTER KIAKONA KOPPER, A LIMITED LIABILITY LAW COMPANY, LLC, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
