Notice of the above filing is hereby given to all interested persons of the above-named estate, including creditors, who must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated September 1, 2017, and known as the Hsiao Family Living Trust, are hereby notified that JOSEPH L.N. HSIAO is the current Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o 1003 Bishop St., #1600, Honolulu, HI 96813 and whose tel. no. is 531-8031, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
