No. 1CCV-24-0001768 (JMT), against you in the above entitled court wherein said plaintiff prays for judgment in the sum of $447,200.42, plus additional amounts due, and for foreclosure sale. The address of the property being foreclosed upon is: 98-911 A Noelani Street #58, Pearl City, Hawai’i 96782 (TMK NO. (1) 9-8-059-007-0058).
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable John M. Tonaki, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI 96813, on Tues, December 1, 2026, at 09:00 am of the said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s counsel, Lloyd T.
