FRANCES YANO, DECEASED; AND THE
FRANCES E. YANO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 29, 1993, AS AMENDED;

Notice is hereby given that Frances Emiko Yano, also known as Frances E. Yano and Frances Yano, (“Decedent”), died on May 31, 2026.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate (“Estate”), and/or the Frances E. Yano Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated March 29, 1993, as amended, (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Emily M. Yano Jorgensen, whose address is c/o Okura & Associates, 1314 S. King Street, Ste 760, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 is Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and/or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above named Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
