FILED, an application alleging the intestacy of above-named decedent who died on July 14, 2026, together with an application by REBECCA C. FOJAS-CALIMPONG, c/o Scott C. Suzuki, Attorney at Law, 1018 Kemole Lane, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826, praying for issuance of informal Letters to REBECCA C. FOJAS-CALIMPONG and OLIVIA D. FOJAS.
If any interested person has objections to the informal probate, that person may file a petition for formal proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, that person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to H.R.S. § 560:3-204.
