VERNON DAVID INOSHITA, DECEASED, and VERNON DAVID INOSHITA REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 27, 2013, AS AMENDED. The above-named Decedent died on June 3, 2026. All creditors of the Decedent and/or the above-named Trust are hereby notified to present their claims, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Carolyn Matsuura, Personal Representative, c/o Ching & Morikawa, 4211 Waialae Avenue, Suite 34, Honolulu, HI 96816, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
