THE ESTATE OF GREGG ALAN LEITZ, and the GREGG AND DEBBIE LEITZ REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated January 04, 2022
FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent, who died on March 19, 2026, together with an Application by DEBORAH GAIL LEITZ, of 3543 Lower Honoapiilani Road, #C105, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii 96761, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said DEBORAH GAIL LEITZ.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, he/she may file a Petition for Formal Testacy Proceedings within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the Estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the Estate, he/she must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to Hawai’i Revised Statutes Section 560:3-204.
Notice is also given that DEBORAH GAIL LEITZ is the Sole Successor Trustee under the GREGG AND DEBBIE LEITZ REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated January 04, 2022, and her address is 3543 Lower Honoapiilani Road, #C105, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii 96761.
All creditors of the above-named Decedent, his estate, and/or his joint Trust are hereby notified to present their claims, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claims are secured by mortgages upon real estate, to said Nominee and/or Sole Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they will be forever barred.
