the Estate of Ralph Daniels Klous,
also known as Ralph D. Klous and Ralph Klous,
and the Ralph D. Klous Trust, dated May 22, 2001

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ralph Daniels Klous, also known as Ralph D. Klous and Ralph Klous, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii, on June 25, 2026.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the trust created by that certain unrecorded trust agreement dated May 22, 2001 ("Trust"), made by Ralph D. Klous as Settlor, are hereby notified that Chris M. Shimabukuro is the current and acting successor Trustee of the Trust, whose post office address is c/o Frank T. Kanemitsu, 55 Merchant Street, #3000, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the above-named decedent and Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate to the successor Co-Trustees of the Trust at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
