To: Defendants NAUAHI (k), also known as NAUWAHI (k); MAKEMAKE (w); their respective heirs or assigns; and ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs JAMES ROBERT CHAMBLISS and KEGAN MARIE CHAMBLISS, have filed a Complaint in the First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, Civil No. 1CCV-26-0000857 (KLH), to quiet the title to that certain parcel of land described in and covered by Royal Patent No. 880, Land Commission Award No. 3942, Apana 6 to Nauahi, containing 4.16 acres, more or less, and within a portion of Tax Map Key No. (1) 6-2-002-004, situate, at Ukoa, Kawailoa, Waialua, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Karin L. Holma, Judge of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, in her courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on November 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ attorney, W. Keoni Shultz, whose address is Cades Schutte LLP, 1000 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
