YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Petitioner Airport Industrial Park Associates II has filed an amended petition in the Land Court of the State of Hawaii in case number 1CLD-26-0001794 seeking an amendment of Land Court Certificate of Title No. 406,735 to release, terminate and discharge the Negative Pledge Agreement.
YOU ARE HEREBY CITED to appear in the courtroom before the Honorable Kevin T. Morikone at Ka’ahumanu Hale, First Circuit Court, 777 Punchbowl Street, Courtroom No. 9, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on October 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM of said day, then and there to show cause why an order should not be granted for the aforesaid amendment of Certificate of Title No. 406,735. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the amended petition.
