NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS

Notice is hereby given that Articles of Dissolution for PC Services, Inc., a Hawaii corporation (the “Company”), have been or will be filed with the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii.

All claimants of the Company should present their claims to the Company at P.O. Box 240098, Honolulu, Hawaii 96824. Any claim presented must include the name and address of the claimant, the dollar amount of the claim, the date on which the obligation giving rise to the claim was incurred by the Company, and documentation supporting the claim. All claims against the Company shall be forever barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication of this notice.
