NOTICE TO LANA YU, also known as LANA C. YU and LANA CHI-YING YU, and interested persons:
A Petition for Determination of Death of the above-named missing person, LANA YU, also known as LANA C. YU and LANA CHI-YING YU (the “Decedent”), has been filed by LILY YU, a relative of said missing person, as Petitioner. The Petition shows the Decedent’s death within the jurisdiction of this Court and asks that the Court issue an order determining Decedent’s death.
Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., before the Presiding Judge in Probate at Hale Kaulike, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii, is appointed the time and place for proving the Will and hearing all interested persons.
